Initial Conference Call to plan out your web strategy
We first schedule a conference call with a potential client and introduce ourselves, our background and our services. We spend the time to learn more about the client and understand their current situation. From there, we prepare some initial documents and schedule a follow up meeting, where we prefer to meet with them in person.
First Face-to-Face Meeting: Website Questionnaire and Inbound Marketing Documents
Here is where we really start to get the details and formulate a high level plan. We prepare two documents for this meeting, a website questionnaire and an inbound marketing document. The Website Questionnaire breaks down how the client perceives their company, its strengths and weaknesses, its competitors, and how it currently performs marketing initiatives. The second document, our Inbound Marketing document, helps explain what is inbound marketing, and we explain how they can use these methods for their product and services.
Your Web Strategy Next Steps
Upon going over these documents, and getting a green light to move forward, we begin to initiate the development and documentation of an overall web strategy. This involves performing the next step, a competitive analysis, and determining the steps needed to create a successful long-term web strategy.
